What's Covered?

This program runs from January 1 to December 31, 2008. Once enrolled, kids are covered for the full year.

In January 2009, families will need to apply for benefits through the state of WA.

Once your kids are approved for the program, you will receive a patient card and a benefits handbook, that includes a list of WDS Participating PPO Dentists in your area. (View the Dentist Directory)

You pay NO out of pocket costs. This program covers most dental services for eligible children. Your benefits handbook includes a list of covered services (as well as services that are not covered).
